The conditions are well explained by the Admin everywhere. If you're blind, or pretend dumb, or even worse, if you are EAC scum, you only have yourself to blame.
The cheat is not useless, it can be used in every non-EAC mode.

That simply tells the launcher to start the game with or without the anti-cheat. It won't mean you can play ground RB or sim without EAC, it simply starts without it for every other game mode.
