EACLoader how to use?

I have EACLoader and when I go to play, it doesn't load the launcher, it just says "press OK then start a game" but the loader never opens the launcher and I never hear the beep.

What am I doing wrong? I have EACLoader pointed to the right location.

it does work. After you Start Loader, start the game. Set Resolution to one-step lower than your native resolution and make it fullscreen-window. Press 'Insert', you should see some green text. Go to test drive in tank. Aim at a tank and press 'autoaim key'. The aim should lock on to target.

PS: I do have a subscription active.
