Don't use Webmoney, that doesn't work for me either. Use your debit card. And if you're worried about security, there are a lot of banks nowadays that offer free disposable cards. Basically, you get a virtual debit card associated to your account from their mobile app, and once you've paid with it, it self-destructs and you get another similar one for a future transaction. A great feature! You just have to find the right bank.

Its back up! Thank goodness I was up all night trying to get oplata to work, tried web money but need a passport or some sort of verification for their purse so didnt work, got an amazon egfift card but needed a physcial one for the exchange gift card option, tried bitcoin but couldn't find any exchangers that accepted american express. Bought a visa gift card to try and get bitcoin but wouldn't accept it either . Came back to the main website and tried paypal, and it worked.
